  • Online Sessions are available using a computer, laptop or phone screen. Book a session and we will send you a secure online link prior to your session.

  • Telephone Sessions - provide your contact number when you book a session. we will call you at your appointment time.

  • Costs

    • Individual sessions are 130 GBP (or 140 GBP during peak hours)

    • Two People (any two people) e.g. Parent/Child, Work Colleagues, Couples sessions are 150 GPB

    • Family sessions are 150 GPB. If the whole family is attending, you may wish to consider booking a double session.

    • Groups are available and price is dependent on your requirements.
